Foreign company in Khabarovsk is looking for a specialist for the position of Deputy QA/QC Manager to work on the Khabarovsk oil refinery plant.
Requirements:
Profound knowledge of QA/QC documentation necessary for steel structures and pipelines fabrication and installation according to Russian laws and regulations;
Experience of preparation QA/QC documentation for Rostekhnadzor and direct collaboration with authorities on the issue of as-build and turnover documentation;
Work experience in construction (refinery plants preferred);
Good knowledge of English language would be an advantage.
Responsibilities:
Prepare QA/QC documentation during the process of pipelines and steel structures fabrication and preparation, receiving inspections, welding procedures, equipment (pumps, vessels) installation, checking fastenings of steel structures, preparing pipeline passport;
Supervise a team of 8-10 quality engineers;
Work with as-build and turnover documentation for Rostekhnadzor and closely with Rostekhnadzor representatives.
Conditions:
Permanent work (not rotation! );
Relocation may be considered (housing is paid).
