- experience in design, the successful experience of implementing projects in the field of monolithic and ferroconcrete construction;
- experience of working with the team of the civil engineers;
- knowledge of normative documents and legislative acts in the field of construction;
- the advanced PC user, applications: MS Office, AutoCAD, Lira Soft, Scad Office;
- higher education (specialty – engineer of civil engineering);
- knowledge of languages is obligatory proficiency in English (the possibility of negotiations with foreign partners and clients). Knowledge of Turkish language is welcomed.
- obtaining necessary approvals and permissions for relevant drafts and documents;
- approval of the design and budget documentation, control of its implementation, modification of the documentation, official approval of the documentation by the authorized bodies;
- supervision over the building site when performing design decisions;
- tracking and control over the flow of information in the course of design, timely collecting, accumulation, distribution and storage/supply of the project information.
Salary by the results of interview.
Probation period - 3 months.
Additional training as necessary service.
